Biochemistry Internship at X-Chem Pharmaceuticals

X-Chem Pharmaceuticals applies its innovative DNA-encoded library technology discovery capabilities to the generation of novel small molecule therapeutics. As a summer intern in the Protein Biochemistry group at X-Chem Pharmaceuticals, you will have opportunities to learn about our science, receive training in our standard protocols, and work in the lab on business-critical projects.

Program Objectives:

• Learn and execute various biochemical assays to determine small molecule potency.
• Become familiar with and conduct multiple protein quantification techniques.
• Accurately analyze and record experimental data into the X-Chem database.
• Keep precise records of daily work in lab notebook.
• Present experimental data and analysis to project teams, group, and company.

Requirements:

• Eligible candidate must be interested in drug discovery and major in Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biological Sciences, or related disciplines.
• Laboratory experience is essential. Candidates with enriching experience will be preferred.
